My Letters is provided with a Guide (this Guide you are reading) which can be consulted at any time, a handy way to resolve various problems you might encounter during the program use. To open the Guide, assure that the file ΓÇÿMy Letters GuideΓÇÖ is in the ΓÇÿMy LettersΓÇÖ application folder and then select the ΓÇÿMy Letters GuideΓÇÖ item from the Help menu.

  6. Associated with all menu commands ther is a Balloon HelpΓäó which can be activated by selecting ΓÇÿShow HelpΓÇÖ from the Help menu: in this way you can have information about each command and, if the command is disabled, you can know why it's not available.
